Placement & Flow

Place the Premium Green Duncan on stable rockwork or a suitable location on the sand bed, leaving enough space around the colony for the fleshy polyps to expand fully.

Duncans appreciate gentle to moderate, indirect flow. The polyps should move naturally in the current without being continuously pushed in one direction. Good circulation helps keep the colony free of debris and provides consistent gas and nutrient exchange.

Duncans are generally peaceful and do not typically produce aggressive sweeper tentacles like many Euphyllia species. Nevertheless, provide reasonable spacing from neighboring corals to accommodate the colony's expanding polyps and prevent physical contact.

Lighting
