Placement & Flow

Place the Blues Clues Zoa on stable rockwork, a frag plug, or a dedicated zoanthid island with room for the colony to spread. Zoanthids can gradually cover surrounding surfaces under favorable conditions, so an isolated rock or designated zoanthid area can help keep growth manageable.

Provide low to moderate, indirect flow. The polyps should be able to open fully and gently move in the current without being subjected to a direct blast from a wavemaker. Good circulation also helps keep debris from collecting between the polyps.
