4. Prime each channel before programming. Press and hold the corresponding pump button until the supplement reaches the end of the outlet tube. Make sure the tubing is completely filled and contains no trapped air.

Mounting

Frequent Empty-Supplement Alarm

Air bubbles in the inlet tubing can trigger the optical sensor. Remove the inlet tube from the container and manually run the pump until the line is empty. Place the doser and tubing vertically, remove kinks or sharp bends, return the inlet tube to the supplement, and prime it until the line is completely filled without bubbles.

Device Is Not Found in the App

Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on the mobile device and the Smart Doser’s Home Indicator is flashing. If necessary, press and hold the Home Indicator for at least eight seconds until the indicators flash and the unit beeps, then search for the device again.

Wi-Fi Setup Fails

Make sure the network is 2.4 GHz, verify the Wi-Fi password, and position the doser closer to the router. Restarting the router may help if the signal is weak or too many devices are connected.

Connection Is Unstable

Move the device closer to the router or restart the network equipment. If the Home Indicator is flashing while the app shows Online Mode, add the device to the aquaLine app again.
